2^nd Shift 2:30PM-10:00PM

3^rd Shift 10:00PM – 6:30AM

Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators process of melamine wood material from one station to another.
• Work and assist table saws, edge-benders, and other routing equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work safe, maintain clean work environment

Requirements:

• 18 & Older
• Previous Experience Preferred but not Required

Responsibilities:

• Daily gathering, loading, and quality checks of parts needed to complete installation
  • Travel daily to customers homes to perform complete custom installation projects
  • Complete jobs efficiently and accurately ensuring customer is happy
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Answers a high volume of incoming calls providing the highest level of customer service
• Address customer concerns, return requests, and order cancellations
• Comfortable promoting and soliciting sales from internal and external customers
• Identifies and problem solves customer orders or complaints
• Provides support to our field design and installation teams
• Updates organized customer service log and follows-up on customer concerns
• Update team on customer issues and concerns
• Strives for internal and external customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of people, processes and products
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

• Must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team
• Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Courteous and clear telephone voice
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Microsoft Office suite and computer/email experience a must

• Schedules jobs and services in an effort to maximize install value potential
• Provides training, coaching, counseling and encouragement to installation team
• Leadership and coordination of 5-7 installation personnel and fleet vans which are loaded and deployed daily to residential locations
• Manages all aspects of installation department including managing and leading installers and installer assistants (helpers)
• Manages initial material load and accuracy, van deployment and arrival, complete installation, deposit collection, and ultimate customer satisfaction.
• Schedules and manages each installation and service project from start to finish
• Interacts with customers, designers and the production department
• Places a high emphases on a high level of customer service and accounts receivables
• Travels occasionally off-site to perform client surveys
• Communicates management directives to field staff to ensure compliance
• Follows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution striving for 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a consumer installation environment is highly desired
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiences
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced environment
